Biletigo pricing: 3% gross commission per ticket sold
Biletigo charges 3% gross on every paid transaction, and that is the only cost of selling tickets. This rate already includes the Paynow payment operator's fee. There is no subscription, activation fee or listing fee, and free events are handled completely free of charge.
How much does selling tickets with Biletigo cost?
The pricing model has a single component: you pay 3% gross (2.44% net + 23% VAT) of the value of each paid transaction and nothing else. The commission is charged only once a ticket has actually been paid for, so an unsold ticket allocation costs you nothing.

What the commission includes
The 3% gross rate covers payment processing by Paynow, so you don't pay the operator separately. On top of that, the price covers the entire platform, with no tiered packages and no paid add-on features.

Your own payment gateway
If you have your own agreement with a payment operator, you can connect your gateway. Funds then go straight to your account, bypassing settlement through Biletigo, and the commission rate for the platform itself is negotiable. Get in touch and we will agree terms individually.
When you get paid
For payments settled through Biletigo, the amounts due to the organizer from ticket sales are shown in the panel as a settlement balance, and the payout is made once you mark the event as finished. With your own payment gateway, funds from every paid transaction go straight to your account, with no waiting for settlement.
Ads, emails and text messages
The sales commission is one thing; paid promotional tools are another. Ad campaigns, email and SMS mailings are billed separately at the rates in Annex 1 to the Terms of Service. You don't need to use them to sell tickets.
Frequently asked questions
Are there any fixed fees or a subscription?
No. We charge no subscription, activation fee or listing fee. The only cost is the commission on paid transactions, so an account with no sales costs PLN 0.
Is the commission added to the ticket price or deducted from my payout?
The commission is always deducted from your payout: the buyer pays the price shown on the event page, and you receive that amount less 3% gross.
Do I pay the payment operator separately?
No. The Paynow fee is already included in the 3% gross rate, so you don't receive a second invoice from the operator.
How much does a free event cost?
Nothing at all. Attendee registration and ticket delivery for free-admission events are free of charge.
What happens when a ticket is refunded?
When a ticket is refunded, the buyer gets the ticket price back. The commission remains due even if a paid transaction is later refunded because the event was cancelled or not held for reasons attributable to the organizer, as it covers sales and payment services already provided. The detailed rules are set out in the Terms of Service.
Will I get an invoice for the commission?
Yes. We document the commission with a 23% VAT invoice issued to your organization's details as provided in your organizer profile. If you are a VAT-registered business, you can reclaim the VAT on the invoice, so the real cost of the commission is 2.44% net.
