We charge 3% gross on every paid transaction (2.44% net + 23% VAT) - this rate already includes the Paynow payment operator's fee. We issue a 23% VAT invoice for the commission, so VAT-registered businesses can reclaim the input VAT. No subscriptions, set-up fees or hidden costs. If you use your own payment gateway, the rate is negotiable.
Frequently asked questions
Is the commission negotiable?
The standard 3% gross already includes the Paynow payment operator's fee, so there are no extra transaction handling charges on top. If you use your own payment gateway, we can agree an individual commission rate - get in touch and we will prepare an offer that fits the scale of your sales.
How quickly can I start selling?
Creating an account takes less than 2 minutes, and setting up an event with tickets takes a few more. You start selling once your account is activated, which requires verifying your phone number with an SMS code and confirming your company details. If needed, we may ask for a PLN 0.01 verification transfer from your business account. We don't require a card or any start-up fees.
Do I have to publish the event straight after creating it?
No. You can prepare the event as a draft and publish it only when everything is ready. Before publishing, you can preview the event page.
What happens when tickets sell out?
You can turn on a waiting list - instead of a sold-out message, interested buyers join a queue. Released places, for example after a cancelled ticket or an expired unpaid order, automatically go to the next people in the order they signed up, and the place is held for them while the offer is valid. How to use a waiting list in your sales
Can you help me move my event from another platform?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] - we will help you move the event, set up the seating plan and configure tickets so that sales continue without interruption.
What support can I count on?
You have an automated 24/7 helpline at 665 123 234 and Tomek from our sales team ([email protected]), who will help you at every stage.
Advanced features
Once the basics are running, you can grow your sales with more tools - at no extra cost unless stated otherwise.
Widgets and PostMessage API
Embed the checkout directly on your website - as an inline element or a floating button that opens a pop-up. Match the widget colours to your brand with a single click. With the PostMessage API, the parent page receives purchase events, so you can track conversions in Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
Waiting list
Once tickets sell out, the event page shows a sign-up for the queue instead of a "sold out" message. When a place returns to the pool - after a cancelled ticket, an expired unpaid order or an increased allocation - the system automatically sends an offer to the next person in line and holds the place for them for 12 hours, or 3 hours just before the event. You get recovered seats instead of empty chairs, plus a measurable signal of whether demand exceeds venue capacity. You can export the waiting list to CSV and PDF, and select it as a separate audience segment in the mailing module.
Ticket add-ons
Sell merchandise, catering, parking spaces or VIP packages in the same order as tickets. You set the name, gross price, stock, per-order limit and VAT rate, and the scanner shows at the entrance how many items have already been collected.
Ticket checker disputes
When a ticket checker has doubts while scanning, they report the issue to a coordinator with one tap - the system sends an SMS and creates a ticket in the panel. The coordinator replies via live chat and resolves the dispute on the spot, and the full history of reports is saved.
Affiliate programme
Add a partner, generate a unique referral link and track how many clicks turned into paid orders. Each partner can have their own commission (percentage, per ticket or per order) and a discount code applied automatically at checkout. A PDF report with a daily breakdown makes settlements easy.
Email automations
Five ready-made automations: abandoned cart, purchase confirmation, reminders 3 days and 1 day before the event, and a thank-you after the event. Every template can be customised - your own subject line, HTML content and variables with buyer data.
Email and SMS campaigns
Build your customer base from event to event and send personalised emails to recipients selected by ticket type, date or waiting list sign-ups. SMS messages work well for entry reminders and urgent changes - with a cost preview before sending.
AI Ads - Dream Campaign
An AI agent helps generate Google Ads copy and visuals and, once published, manages the campaign automatically or on your instructions via chat: CPC bids, targeting, content updates and audits. Ads are published on the Biletigo Google Ads account; prices are listed in Annex 1 to the Terms of Service.
