§ 1. Personal data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the organisation of Provincja
Wine Bar & Rooms events and services for ticket purchasers and attendees is W&G sp. z o.o., ul. Szewczenki 5,
10-274 Olsztyn, NIP: 7394003106, email address: [email protected] (hereinafter:
the “Controller”).
For matters relating to personal data, please contact the email address provided above.
This policy concerns data processing by the Controller. In relation to their own activities,
the Biletigo.pl platform and payment providers may act as separate controllers.
§ 2. What data we process
Depending on how you purchase your ticket, contact us and participate in an event, this may include:
• first name, surname, email address and telephone number;
• information about the order, ticket, event, payment status and attendance;
• invoicing details, if the purchaser requests an invoice;
• correspondence and information relating to complaints or refunds;
• information necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not require special categories of personal data for a standard ticket
purchase.
§ 3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
• entering into and performing a contract, fulfilling orders, verifying tickets and communicating about
the event - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• complying with accounting, tax and other legal obligations - Article 6(1)(c)
GDPR;
• handling complaints and fulfilling statutory obligations - Article 6(1)(b) and
(c) GDPR, as applicable;
• establishing, exercising or defending legal claims and ensuring the safe organisation of
events - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest);
• sending commercial or marketing information - where undertaken, on the basis of
appropriate consent and subject to the applicable requirements for electronic
communications.
§ 4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with entities involved in supporting sales and events, to the
extent necessary for them to perform their tasks, in particular the operator of Biletigo.pl, payment
providers (including PayU - if it handles the transaction concerned), providers of IT,
hosting and accounting services, and entities authorised by law.

Some entities act on our behalf as processors, while others act as separate
data controllers.
§ 5. Data retention period
We retain order and attendance data for the duration of the contract and subsequently for as
long as necessary to fulfil legal obligations and until the applicable
limitation periods for claims have expired. Accounting documents are retained for the period required
by law. Data processed solely on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn or
the purpose for which it was given ceases to apply, subject to the need to demonstrate the lawfulness of
previous processing.
§ 6. Rights of data subjects
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data,
restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing
based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may
withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its
withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

§ 7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary; however, the data necessary to process an order is required to
purchase and use a ticket. Data required to issue an accounting document is necessary
to the extent stipulated by law.
§ 8. Transfers of data outside the EEA and automated decisions
The Controller does not envisage independently transferring data outside the European Economic Area
as part of standard event administration. If platform or other service providers use
solutions that result in such transfers, the transfer arrangements should be set out in their documentation and
supported by appropriate safeguards compliant with the GDPR. The Controller does not make decisions concerning ticket purchasers
based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects
or similarly significantly affect them.
§ 9. Data security and use of Biletigo.pl
The Controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks associated with
data processing. Tickets are sold via Biletigo.pl.
Information about cookies, user accounts and data processed by the platform operator
should also be checked in its privacy documentation.
§ 10. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated in the event of organisational, technological or
legal changes. The current version should be made available on the organiser’s Biletigo.pl profile. Contact: W&G
